Terms & Conditions

1. Customer Service
Our customer service phone line is open Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm and Saturday 10.30 to 3.30. Calls are charged at local call rate. Please note the phones are not manned all the time therefore email contact first is best.
2. Prices
The price of all goods offered by us is the actual price you (the Customer) pay and includes free UK postage. If we have to change the price for any reason, before accepting the order and taking any monies, we will automatically give you (the Customer) the option to cancel your order.
3. Ways of Paying
We accept all the major credit/debit cards online.
4. Incorrectly Ordered and Unused Goods
If you make an error when ordering your goods you must contact us A.S.A.P by email or ring us to change or return your order.
Non Faulty goods must be returned unopened in original packaging.
Electronic parts, screens - lcds - ribbons, etc. cannot be returned unless they are faulty and then only within 7 days of purchase
5. Delivery
Unless we have agreed a longer time with you (the Customer), we will deliver goods within 14 days (normally within 3 to 5 days). If we cannot deliver within this time we will tell you (the Customer) immediately and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, you (the Customer) will be offered a refund.
Times and dates for delivery quoted on the S.O.S. website or by S.O.S. employees are approximate only and S.O.S. shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery.
Please Note: If the goods are not received within 2 weeks of the order date, please let us know A.S.A.P. so any claim can be started. If you don't inform us within 28 days of ordering the goods, delivery will be counted as completed and no claims or refunds will be allowed.

6. Faulty Goods and Refunds
We provide the option of a full refund, within a reasonable time, if the goods sent are faulty or different from those you (the customer) ordered. We will provide all refunds as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note, as all our goods are very reasonably priced we cannot price match.
7. Cancellation
Any cancellation must be in writing and e-mailed to S.O.S. through the Contact Us form.  A telephone call is not sufficient to cancel an order.
8. Guarantees
All equipment sold is covered by the relevant manufacturers warranties.
