Delivery & Returns

Delivery will be made by standard courier during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

All orders placed before 11.00 am will be handed to our preferred carrier the same day and delivered within approximately 2-4 working days.

If you choose the Express Delivery, orders that are placed before 11.00 am, Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 24/48 hours.

Orders placed on Friday before 11.00 am will be delivered starting from the next working day.
We do not deliver goods to PO Boxes.

Return and Exchange
 
If you cancel before your order has been dispatched we will refund the total price of the goods, including any delivery charges. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please return it in a saleable condition with 14 days of the date shown on your invoice.
 
Please note: The return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty upon inspection. If you have purchased more than one item, a relative proportion of the delivery cost will be refunded.

Returns
 
How to return an item:

1. Email us at customerservice_sosrepairs@hotmail.com  to log your return.

2. Repackage the item in a saleable condition and include a copy of the original invoice and your reason for your returning. It is important to state on the invoice which item(s) you would like to exchange , if there is no comment we will assume the order is to be refunded.

3. Take your return to a Post Office counter

4. Mail your returned item to:

5. Obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office; this will act as your proof of return.

6. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund.

Please note the cost of the return is the customer's responsibility. The returned item is the customer's responsibility until it is received by us; as a result we suggest sending returns via Recorded Delivery so if the parcel gets lost it can be traced and we can process the refund/exchange. If you chose a standard delivery method we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.
